Briton Ferry Llansawel Ladies launch sister club program...

Briton Ferry Llansawel Ladies are pleased to announce that for the 2020/21 Welsh Premier Women League season we have launched a sister club program in order to support Local club girls football. 

The Club General Manager Ross Norgrove said "We view this as an important step as a club moving forward. The majority of our ladies squad have come through the local leagues and we, therefore, want to give local clubs as much support as possible in developing the ladies players of the future."

Briton Ferry Llansawel Ladies sister club program aims to support local girls' club's free access to the top-level of women's domestic football in Wales, ambassador program and much more! Two Clubs have already signed up to the program for the 2020/21 Season Rhos FC and Ystradgynlias AFC.

Danial Davies form Ystradgynlais said "Linking up with Briton Ferry Llansawel as one of their sister clubs is something we are excited about. Having a WPWL club for our young girls to have a direct link with, will only help further develop the female game in our area, where we hope we can tap in to the elite level side of the game to compliment our club in the grassroots game.”
