Its a return to league action this week and manager Rhys James shared his thoughts on juggling games across league and cup.

"We prepare for each game the same way regardless of competition.

"We want to win every game we are in so we work towards how we do that.

"We have trained really hard this week and giving me lots of headaches for team selection but it's a great headache to have."

The Reds face newly promoted Llanelli who have made a strong start to the league this season with four points from their opening three games.

They opened the season with a narrow loss to Swansea Uni. Swans Hannah Pinney scoring in added time after Stacy Webber had levelled for Llanelli.

Their second games saw them drew at Coed Duon Charmain Martin-Evans giving them the lead. Shannon Evans equalising for Coed Duon.

Their last league game saw them pick up their first win as they beat Caldicot Town 2-1. First half goals from Stacy Webber and Lynsey Morris enough to seal the win.

Last season the side met in the Welsh Women's Cup last 16 with Ferry winning 9-1 to advance. Lucy Powell scored from the spot with Mollie Jones getting a goal. Lowri Baker got a hat trick but was outdone by Jess Denscombe who scored four.

Manager Rhys James is not expecting an easy game,

"I certainly expect Sunday to be a closer game.

"They are coming off the back of a big defeat at the weekend against a very good Cardiff side, but have picked up 4 points in the league so far so clearly a challenging side.

"I want us to continue with the good work we have been doing in training and bring this into the weekend."

"We want to continue that winning feeling for as long as we can!"
