On Sunday The Reds will start their 2022/2023 Adran Trophy campaign with a group game against Cardiff Wanderers at Old Road, kick off 2pm.
Cardiff Wanderers are a wildcard entry in this season Adran Trophy and will be playing their first match in the competition.
They play their home games at Cardiff University playing fields. They are currently in the South % West Combined (Tier 3).
The Cardiff based side won the South % West Women Combined last season with a four point gap over second placed Pontardawe.
They have begun the new season with two wins in the league. A 6-0 win over Pontarddulais Town and a 3-2 win over Cwmbran Celtic. They sit in 5th place but have two games in hand which, if they were to win would see them go top.
Head Coach: Chris Hooper
Chris Hooper is in his 5th season at Cardiff Wanderers and coach the side over 100 times. He is a B License holder and coaches at many levels.
Player To Watch: Jade Croft
Jade Croft has been on fire for Wanderers so far this season. Scoring five times across the three games she has played in. It is not just a flash of form as the 23 year old forward had impressive stats last season. 28 goals from 18 league appearances with five assist.
Croft will be a threat to The Reds defence.
