From The Manager:

After back to back wins in the Genero Adran Premier Reds manager Rhys Thomas reflected on both the games gone and Sundays fixture against Barry Town.

"We've put together a couple of strong performances, and it's important we build on that.

“Confidence is high in the group right now, but we know it counts for little if we don't back it up again on Sunday.

“Our focus has been on preparing properly so that we make sure we approach the game with the right mentality.

“We're determined to put in another good performance this weekend so that we can continue to build positive momentum"

Barry began the season with three defeats but they managed to claim their first victory last weekend.  The Linnets picking up a 3-2 win over Aberystwyth, Thomas contemplated the possible effect it could give Barry,

"That first win can lift a team for sure.

“They'll have a bit of belief now and a bit of momentum of their own.

“We’re not underestimating them, Barry are a good side and we’ll need to be at our best to get a result.

“We'll be fully prepared for a tough challenge, but we have a lot of quality to make it a difficult game for them in our own right."
